The short version. ClinicTrue shows prices clinics publish on their own websites and what public registries say about them, and lets you send a request to up to 3 clinics you pick. It is a contact portal run by Distril LLC. Clinics are independent businesses. Nothing here is medical advice. Check every price with the clinic before you pay anything. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

2. What ClinicTrue is

ClinicTrue shows:

• Prices that clinics in Mexico and Colombia publish on their own websites, with a link to the page and the date we saw it.
• The typical US price for the same procedure, where we have one, with its source and what it covers.
• What public registries said about a clinic or surgeon on the day we looked, with a link so you can look again.
• A form that sends your request to up to 3 clinics you pick.

3. What ClinicTrue is not

ClinicTrue is not a clinic, a hospital, a doctor or a medical service. We do not perform, arrange or supervise any medical care. We do not give medical advice. Nothing on the site tells you whether a procedure is right for you, whether a clinic or surgeon is right for you, or what will happen after surgery. Only a doctor who has examined you can talk about that.

We do not recommend clinics, rank them by quality, or match you with one. You pick. We pass your request on. We do not book, we do not take payments for medical care and we do not arrange travel.

Clinics listed on ClinicTrue are independent businesses. Distril LLC does not own, employ, run or supervise them. A clinic being listed means only that it publishes prices on its own website.

4. Prices

Every price on ClinicTrue was copied from a clinic's own website on the date shown. We do not round, bundle or improve prices. If the clinic changes its price, ours is out of date until we look again. The date tells you how old it is.

A price is what the clinic published. It is not an offer from us and not a promise that the clinic will honour it. What a price includes is what the clinic's page said it includes on that date. Ask the clinic for the full price in writing before you pay anything.

Where we show a US dollar figure next to a foreign currency, it uses the exchange rate on the capture date. Your bank's rate will differ.

US comparison prices name their source and what they cover. The ASPS figure is a surgeon fee only. In the US, anesthesia and the operating room are billed on top.

Pages about clinics in Mexico carry this notice. "Prices are published by each clinic, as of the date shown, and can change."

5. Registry check lines

A line like "Checked in Colombia's REPS registry on Oct 12, 2026" means one thing. On that day, we found a record in that public registry that matched the clinic's name and city, backed by a phone number or address on the record. We link the record so you can repeat the check.

It is not a safety rating and it does not mean we vouch for the clinic. It says nothing about the surgeon, results or complications. It does not mean the clinic is licensed for any particular procedure. No registry catches everything.

For Mexico, we link to the public directory of the Consejo Mexicano de Cirugía Plástica, Estética y Reconstructiva (CMCPER) at https://directoriocirugiaplastica.mx/ so you can search it yourself, because the directory blocks automated lookups. Anything else on a Mexican clinic page about licences or certification is the clinic's own claim, and we label it as such.

If we learn of a credible report of harm at a clinic, we remove its check line and say on the page that we removed it.

6. The quote form

You may use the form if you are 18 or older and the request is about you, or about someone who asked you to send it for them. Give true contact details. Do not include your address or ID numbers in the message.

When you tick the consent box, you ask us to send your request and contact details to the clinics you ticked, and only those. We send each clinic its own copy by email, and no clinic is told which other clinics you picked. We are not part of the conversation that follows. What a clinic tells you, quotes you or promises you is between you and the clinic.

Every request gets a reference number. Quote it when you write to us about the request.

Sending a request books nothing and costs nothing. A clinic may not reply. We do not promise that any clinic will.

7. Fees

Patients never pay ClinicTrue. At launch, clinics pay nothing either. Later, clinics may pay ClinicTrue a fixed fee for each request we pass to them, told to them in advance. It is never a share of your bill, never depends on whether you book, and never buys a higher position on the site. Paying and non-paying clinics are shown the same way, in the same order, with the same checks. If a paid placement ever exists, it will be labelled "Sponsored" before you read it.

8. Using the site

You may read the site, link to it and send requests for yourself. You may not:

• Send requests with false details, or for someone who did not ask you to.
• Use the form to advertise to clinics, harass them or send anything other than a real request.
• Copy the site's content by automated means, such as bots or scrapers, without our written permission.
• Try to break the site, get around the spam check or reach other people's requests.
• Pretend to be ClinicTrue, Distril LLC or a clinic.

We can block anyone who does these things.

9. Ownership

The text, layout, design and code of ClinicTrue belong to Distril LLC. Prices are facts published by clinics. Clinic names and logos belong to the clinics. Registry records belong to the registries. You may quote a price from the site if you link to the source page and give the date we showed.

10. Our responsibility, in plain words

We take care to copy prices exactly and to show what registries said on the day we looked. But the prices are the clinics' own, the registries are run by others, and a clinic can change or stop honouring a price at any time. We cannot promise that any price, registry record or US comparison is still correct when you read it.

We are not responsible for anything a clinic does or does not do. That includes its quotes, its care, its results, its complications, its aftercare, its handling of your data and its replies. Your agreement for care is with the clinic alone.

To the extent the law where you live allows, Distril LLC is not liable for any loss, injury or cost that comes from using the site, relying on a price or check line, or dealing with a clinic. Where the law does not let us exclude liability fully, our total liability to you is limited to US$100 or the amount you paid ClinicTrue, whichever is greater. Patients pay ClinicTrue nothing, so for patients the limit is US$100. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you and does not let you give up.

11. Links to other sites

We link to clinic websites, registries and sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for what is on them or what they do with your data.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top tells you the current version. If you use the site after a change, the new terms apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute is heard in the state or federal courts sitting in Laramie County, Wyoming. There is no arbitration clause. If you live outside Wyoming, consumer protection law where you live may still apply to you.
